: If anyones paddled a super Lynx and can give me an opinion on regardless of whether : its maneuverable enough for class IV whitewater, Id truly like to : hear from you. Dont do it! Even a 2-person Lynx is not a good concept for technical class IV stuff. The SuperLynx would be hopeless. I like the Lynx pretty well for class II-V. It is the fastest of the widely available IKs, which makes it great for easy rivers with a lot of flatwater. In case you underinflate the floor it is pretty stable, which makes it very good for large class III. It pivots well, making it great for technical class IV. With thigh straps, you may go over waterfalls with out falling out. The main difficulty with the Lynx is that it does not track well, so until you get utilized to it, you could come across your self on a rock rather than in a slot.
