Teething is an important phase in the developmental process of a baby.Usually the teething starts when the baby becomes 16 weeks and continues till the age reaches 2 years. In premature cases the teething timeline may vary. From two years till five years the deciduous teeth are prevalent and then they start getting replaced at the onset of the fifth year. The teething timeline may vary in kids. In some kids it may be earlier to actually being anticipated and in some it may occur at a later age. Usually the later occurrence of the teething timeline is observed in the babies who are born prematurely. In some babies there may not be any sequence or abrupt occurrence of this teething  timeline. Time time period during which the teething occurs in the baby is quite a grueling period for the parents and the baby. and if the baby is little more sensitive then the parents are definitely going to get few more sleepless nights. The teething timeline is usually covered in the first two years and it can not be predicted exactly about the particular teeth to come up. however there is a broad teething timeline available. In the fifth to seventh month of age the incisors which are placed centrally come up. It is observed commonly that the bottom incisors come first and they are followed by the top ones.As the baby reaches the 8th month in next two months of the teething timeline is for growth of the second set of teeth on the top of incisors placed centrally. By the onset of the 12th month the lateral incisors come.By the thirteenth month of the teething timeline molars appear in the buccal cavity.during the 15th to 20th months the canines show up. Finally during 24th to 26th month of age of the baby the second molars appear. Though teething timeline might appear painful this is a common developmental milestone.While a new teeth comes up it is an encouraging fact that the baby is undergoing a normal developmental process and achieving the milestones successfully. Usually a nursing mother can easily observe the first event of occurrence of the teething timeline when the baby starts biting unusually.Though this might be quite frustrating for the mother as the baby tries to relieve the pressure in the gums and it happen naturally as an instinct. This is the sign that the teething timeline has already started in your baby. Sometimes some babies drool a lot and there may be loss of appetite during the teething timeline.
